The Qui Tam Legal Center of Missouri

Bartimus, Frickleton, Robertson & Gorny, P.C., is a professional legal corporation that focuses a significant part of its work in the area of qui tam or False Claims Act litigation.

What is "qui tam" law?  It is a unique partnership between the private citizen and the Department of Justice that frequently results in money being returned to the government.  When money is returned, frequently the person who disclosed the fraud benefits in the form of a reward.

Here on our site you'll find the statute that governs this area of the law, an overview of case selection, a review of the rewards available to relators, and a new case checklist.   If you have questions you can read a law review article about the act,  or if you need information quickly, click here for contact information.

Our Mission

Is to serve clients with exceptional legal services by helping individuals who know about government fraud to tell their story and collect their just reward through the False Claims Act and through its Alternative Remedy provisions.
